Orange Walk police destroy small weed farm in Lamanai Nature Reserve, over 250 plants burned

By BBN Staff: Orange Walk police conducted an operation around 4:00 a.m. today in the Lamanai Nature Reserve and came upon a small weed farm.

There were approximately 250 flourishing marijuana trees ranging between 3 and 6 feet in height.
According to police, no-one was found in the area. All plants were uprooted and destroyed by fire.
