Three armed thieves hold up and steal vehicle from farmer and family

By BBN Staff: Police are investigating a report of an armed robbery that occurred last night on the Pilar Road near Bullet Tree Village.

Byron Guevara, 44, Guatemalan farmer residing in Bullet Tree told police that he and his family were going on the Pilar road when on the way, they noticed 3 armed men emerging from the bushes.

The men demanded money.

Guevara handed over $500 and the thieves took his red Toyota pickup BVO-A-00533. The vehicle was later recovered.

 Police are investigating.
