Another COVID-19 patient reportedly passes away

By BBN Staff: A female patient who had tested positive for COVID-19 reportedly passed away today.

The patient from San Pedro was airlifted to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital (KHMH) in Belize City on Wednesday, August 26.

She had been intubated at the KHMH since arriving last week.

The patient is the 14th person in Belize to die of complications associated to COVID-19.
