Kersha Pelayo wins Queen of the Bay “People’s Choice Award”

By BBN Staff: Miss Belize District, Kersha Pelayo won the Queen of the Bay’s “People’s Choice Award.”

Pelayo was the most voted candidate in the Queen of the Bay, Jumpstart and Digi sponsored competition.

The text-voting competition ran from August 29th to September 8th.

Pelayo also won an overnight stay for two at Laru Beya Resort & Villas in Placencia.

All proceeds from Digi along with a portion of the proceeds from the National Queen of the Bay Committee will be donated to the Covid19 Frontline Workers at the Central Medical Laboratory.
