COVID-19 Update: 23 new cases identified

By BBN Staff: Data from the Ministry of Health indicate that of the 252 samples processed today, 23 new cases of COVID-19 were identified.

The breakdown of these cases is as follows:

Orange Walk District – 2 (San Pablo)

Belize District – 8 (4 Ladyville, 3 San Pedro, 1 Belize City)

Cayo District – 13 (4 in Belmopan, 3 Santa Familia, 3 San Ignacio, 2 San Jose Succotz, 1 Santa Elena)

Fifty four more patients recovered today.

The Ministry of Health urges everyone to take all precautionary measures.
