Quality Poultry celebrating Belize’s 39th birthday with HUGE SALE

By BBN Staff: To honor the 39th anniversary of Belize’s Independence, Quality Poultry Products Ltd. has decided to host a massive sale, slashing 39 cents a pound off some of its chicken products (see flyer below).

The sale, which runs from September 18-19, will be happening at all Quality Poultry branches countrywide.

Raymond Barkman, General Manager of Quality Poultry, said that the sale forms a part of the company’s commitment to bring chicken sales back to where they should be following the chicken shortage experienced earlier this year due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

“We promised that we would bring back the chicken as fast as we could…and we worked endlessly to do that. We feel that we have the chicken sales where we want them again…” Barkman said.

He also said that the sale will serve to clarify some misconceptions that began to circulate during the shortage that Quality Poultry had begun hiking up the price of chicken.

“We, Quality Poultry, did not raise a single chicken price, and now because of the 39th birthday of Belize we just want to show people that we are with them, we want to celebrate, Covid-19 or not, we will make sure that everyone has chicken to eat at an affordable price,” Barkman added.
