Independent political candidate for the Belmopan Constituency, Anna Banner Guy is hosting a virtual launch for her manifesto tonight at 7:30 p.m. in preparation for the upcoming general elections.

Banner Guy is calling it “The People’s Manifesto” underscoring the fact that the content comes from direct interaction with the constituents of Belmopan. She also said that, as a resident of Belmopan for man years, she has been connected to the constituency both personally and professionally, and can connect with residents and share their concerns.

“The concerns of the people have always been on my heart, on my mind, and I can relate to them because most of the issues are concerns to me as well…” Banner Guy said.

She noted that increasing the quality of life for the elderly, education, sustainable development and economic development are key issues being addressed within the manifesto.

The event will be live-streamed on Breaking Belize News’ Facebook page and the pages of various other media outlets.
