BREAKING: Chinese store in Belize City held up

By BBN Staff: Reports to BBN is that the owner of Uncle Store, a Chinese business located on North Front Street in Belize City, was held up a short while ago.

Neighbours in the area heard the commotion in the store and tried to apprehend the robber, and in the process may have thwarted the robbery.

Police were contacted and responded to the scene of the attempted robbery.
