By BBN Staff: During his presidential determination, US President, Donald Trump mentioned 20 countries as major drug transit or illicit drug producing countries, the Tribune reports.
Trump said that countries such as Afghanistan, India, The Bahamas, Belize, Burma, Colombia, Costa Rica and Dominican Republic among others were a major drug transit or illicit drug-producing nations.
Trump said that his administration is taking the fight to criminal organizations engaged in narcotics substances.
Trump further alleged that the most complicit was Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro.
He also expressed concern over coca cultivation and cocaine production in Columbia and Peru.
