Drug plane lands in northern Belize

By BBN Staff: A suspected drug plane reportedly landed in northern Belize near Santa Martha on the Old Northern Highway after midnight.

Details of the plane’s landing, crew and cargo have not yet been confirmed. The plane appears to be a Gulfstream jet, the same model of plane found in previous such landings.

Police have yet to issue an official statement on the latest landing.
