Belize Met Service: Mostly fair weather expected today

By BBN Staff: The National Meteorological Service of Belize (Belize Met Service) says that warm and mostly fair weather is expected for today.

The 24-hour forecast calls for partly cloudy with isolated showers or thunderstorms.

Today’s temperature highs will range from 88 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 95 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 82 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 78 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 73 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 68 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.

Winds will be blowing East-Northeast between 05-10 knots and the sea state will be slight.

Low tide will begin at 8:13 a.m. and high tide will come in at 2:25 p.m.

The sun will set at 5:48 p.m. and the moon will rise tomorrow at 10:59 a.m.
