By BBN Staff: Quality Poultry Products is making it easier for shoppers in Punta Gorda to get the best prices on chicken by bringing their products down to the Punta Gorda Market during Market Days.

The Quality Poultry truck will now be posted up at the market near the kitchen section on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays between 5:30 a.m. and 12:00 noon.

Humberto Balona, manager of quality’s PG branch, explained that the company decided to make this move in order to make it more convenient for customers, as the company’s branch is about 20 minutes travel from the market.

“Quality Poultry has been helping our customers since the start of the pandemic, we’ve made sure that we never raised our prices. And we will continue to help which is why we are going down to the market to help our customers down in town so they do not have to go far to get their chicken, while giving them the best price in town,” Balona said.

This latest initiative forms a part of a coutnrywide customer outreach effort from Quality Poultry. Last weekend Quality Poultry sent a truck down to San Ignacio, so customers could take advantage of its Independence Day Sale which offered 39 cents off per pound on select chicken products, since the company does not have a San Ignacio branch.
