There have been over 33 million confirmed cases of the virus worldwide.
As for recovered patients, 24,674, 213 people have managed to recover from the virus.
There are currently over 7.6 million active cases with 1 percent of those cases (65,071) are listed as serious/critical.
The United States has confirmed over 7 million cases and 209,476 deaths, keeping its ranking at the hardest-hit country in the world by COVID-19.
India, the second-most hit country has confirmed over 6 million cases with 95,678 deaths.
Brazil, while being the third-hardest hit country with 4.7 million infections has recorded 141,776 deaths.
Infections continue to soar in Belize with 1854 confirmed cases of the virus.
Twenty-four people have died to complications associated to COVID-19 in Belize.
