Santa Elena man charged for attempted murder

By BBN Staff: Santa Elena resident, Nathaniel Betancourt, 19, has been charged for attempted murder, grievous harm and use of deadly means of harm.

Betancourt is accused of shooting at the home of Debby Clarke on Carillo Puerto Avenue in Santa Elena the night of September 6.

Clarke and her children were inside the home.

Clarke was hit 3 times to her left arm.
