Belize has registered 1,943 confirmed cases of COVID-19

By BBN Staff: The COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect millions of people around the world.

In Belize, the number of confirmed cases continues to rise. The country has now registered 1943 confirmed cases of the virus.

Of the confirmed cases, 894 are females and 1,049 are males.

One thousand one hundred and thirty-four people have recovered from the virus.

Six hundred and ninety-two cases remain active.

To date, the Ministry of Health has conducted 14,780 tests.

Twenty-six people have lost their lives to COVID-19 in Belize.
