By BBN Staff: The end is here. The Office of the Prime Minister has just announced that Prime Minister Dean Barrow today advised the Governor-General to dissolve the National Assembly of Belize on Tuesday, October 6, 2020.

It was also advised to the Governor-General to issue writs for the holding of General Elections on Wednesday, November 11, 2020, with Wednesday, October 21, 2020, as Nomination Day.
