Commissioner of Police launches Facebook competition for police officers

By BBN Staff: Belizean front line workers continue to serve in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Commissioner of Police (COMPOL), Chester Williams says that all frontline workers play a vital role in keeping our communities safe.

To honor brave, dedicated, and committed Police Officers for their ongoing services, the COMPOL is calling on the public to post their favorite police officer.

The competition is being launched on the Belize Police Department’s official FB page.

The public is invited to comment on the post with a picture and explain why he/she is your choice from among other Officers.

The Police Officer with the most likes/reactions will be receiving a gift package courtesy of the Belize Bank LTD.

The winner will be announced on Friday, October 9, 2020, at 4:00 p.m.
