UDP Standard Bearer Tony Herrera and wife test positive for COVID-19

By BBN Staff: United Democratic Party (UDP) Standard Bearer for Corozal South East Tony Herrera and his wife have tested positive for COVID19.

According to The Guardian, the news arm of the UDP, Herrera is showing symptoms and has gone into quarantine.

Herrera’s wife reportedly suffers from a lung condition as well as diabetes, which increases her risk of COVID-19 complications.

Herrera said that it is possible that he contracted the virus either while campaigning or from receiving meals offered by his constituents.
