Police: 3 Belizeans and 1 Guatemalan busted with heroin

By BBN Staff: Three Belizeans and 1 Guatemalan National have been detained after they were caught with 4 parcels of heroin totaling over 7 pounds.

The men are expected to be charged with ‘Possession of Controlled Drug with Intent to Supply’.

According to reports, the men were reportedly parked in front of a gas station in Belmopan yesterday afternoon when officers searched their vehicle and found the drugs inside of a backpack.

Police detained the men and they are expected to be charged today.
