COMPOL: 60 officers have tested positive for COVID-19

By BBN Staff: This morning on Wake Up Belize, Commissioner of Police, Chester Williams shared that 60 police officers have tested positive for COVID-19.

Forty more officers are currently in quarantine awaiting results of the test.

Police officers who were stationed at  San Victor, Santa Cruz and Douglas in Northern Belize had all tested positive for the virus.

Belize has now registered 2,310 confirmed cases of COVID-19.
