Corozal barber busted with cannabis in spare tire

By BBN Staff: Authorities have detained Corozal barber, Roger Rosado, who is expected to be charged for possession of controlled drugs with intent to supply.

Shortly after 6 a.m. on Sunday, police officers at a checkpoint near Mile 46 on the George Price Highway conducted a search of a blue Ford Escape driven by Rosado.

In the spare tire, officers found 6 parcels of cannabis.

The cannabis was weighed at 13.81 pounds.
