By BBN Staff: Norelli Rodiguez, a single mother of two children, says she is in dire need of financial assistance, as she tries to take care of her 11-year-old son, who has cerebral palsy.
Rodriguez, whose husband was brutally killed in an unsolved murder three years ago, says that mounting expenses and the economic downturn have placed her in a dire situation. Her son had suffered a traumatic brain injury at birth, causing his condition. He additionally has West Syndrome, which causes terrible seizures.
She notes that in-kind assistance such as diapers, baby wipes, and other essentials are welcome and appreciated.
Those wishing to assist can contact the Belize Brain Awareness Society (BBAS) via message, email, text, and/or WhatsApp at (+501) 614-5055, or can reach out to Rodriguez directly at 638-9377. Financial contributions can be made to Norelli Rodiguez’s Atlantic Bank Account # 211-076-574.
