BREAKING: Uproar at Belize Central Prison

By BBN Staff: Sources have indicated to BBN that there is an uproar among inmates at the Belize Central Prison this morning.

Today, the prison commences its 21-day total lockdown due to the increase in numbers of COVID-19 cases inside the prison.

Last night, 28 prisoners, 13 of which are convicted murderers escaped from the penitentiary.
