COVID-19 Update: 16 new cases; 3 patients intubated

By BBN Staff: Data from the Ministry of Health indicates that of the 160 tests processed today, 16 new cases of COVID-19 were identified.

Three patients remain intubated at the KHMH.

The breakdown of the new cases is as follows:

Stann Creek – 1 (from Bella Vista but swabbed in Independence)

Toledo – 15 (6 Punta Gorda, 7 San Pedro Columbia, 1 San Miguel, 1 Aguacate)

Fourteen more patients recovered and 37.4% of cases remain active.
