Tasty Belizean-made cake-mix by Pixie Fairy to hit shelves just in time for Christmas

Last night, I came across a post by Pixie Fairy Cupcakes introducing its new product.

Now, you can imagine my excitement when I found out that it was ‘Cake mix,’ yes, actual Belizean made cake mix.

“I’ve been working and working on formulating an idea, a dream, a goal to become a reality! I dedicate my new creation to my mom, in many ways, I feel like she was my biggest inspiration to create this. I know you are looking down and smiling,” Adrianne Young, owner of Pixie Fairy cupcakes explained about her new venture.

The Pixie “Pastry” mixes available are chocolate cake, oatmeal raisin cookie, chocolate chip brownie, brownie and chocolate chip cookie. Each pack is available for $12.

The product will officially launch on Saturday, October 17, 2020 at Sam’s Mini Mart in Belize City from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

There will be lots of free samples!!! On purchases of 3 or more, there will be a special 10% discount on Saturday.
