More COVID-19 cases detected at Belize Central Prison

By BBN Staff: The Director of Health Services (DHS) noted that more positive cases of COVID-19 were detected at the Belize Central Prison.

According to the data from the Ministry of Health, 16 inmates have tested positive for the virus. Of those, 7 are males and 9 are females.

Nine prison officers have also tested positive for the virus.
