Ministry of Health: Orange Walk District has most active cases of COVID-19

By BBN Staff: The Office of the Director of Health Services (DHS) released a map showing the active cases of COVID-19 per District.

The Orange Walk District has so far registered 1,024 confirmed cases of the virus. Of those, 401 are active cases.

The Corozal District has 250 active cases followed by the Belize District with 212 active cases.

The Cayo District has 108 active cases of COVID-19.

For data purposes, San Pedro’s information is presented separately with 39 active cases.

In the Toledo District, there are 55 active cases of the virus and in Stann Creek 31.

There are a total of 1,096 active cases of COVID-19 being monitored.
