By BBN Staff: The Taiwan Embassy in Belize today handed over 8,000 ‘Made in Taiwan Face Masks’ to Chief Elections Officer, Josephine Tamai.

The masks will be distributed to all election workers across Belize for the November 11th General Elections.

“We sincerely pray and hope that the health and safety of all Belizeans will be protected and safeguarded on ElectionS Day,” the Embassy said.

The Embassy continues to assist Belize in bringing awareness to COVID-19 and safety practices to prevent the spread of the virus.
