By BBN Staff: Escaped prisoner Elser Oseguera was caught in Pomona Village, Southern Belize a short while ago by Dangriga Police.
Oseguera was one of the 28 prisoners who escaped from prison on October 13th.
Currently, there are 6 prisoners that are on the run.
