Belize Met Service: Fair weather to prevail today

By BBN Staff: The National Meteorological Service of Belize says that mainly fair weather will continue today.

Skies will be cloudy at times and some isolated showers and thunderstorms will develop over offshore and coastal areas tonight.

Today’s temperature highs will range from 88 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 92 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 80 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 80 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 74 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 66 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.

 The extended forecast is for generally isolated showers and thunderstorms developing over inland areas and then over the Southern and Central areas.
