Thirty-two new cases of COVID-19; 1 patient remains intubated at KHMH

By BBN Staff: The Ministry of Health’s data indicate that of the 157 samples processed today, 32 new cases of COVID-19 were identified.

One patient remains intubated at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital.

The breakdown of the new cases is as follows:

Corozal – 4 (1 Corozal Town, 1 Chunox, 1 Chan Chen, 1 Ranchito)

Orange Walk – 15 (9 OW Town, 2 Trinidad, 1 Yo Creek, 1 Chan Pine Ridge, 1 Trial Farm, 1 San Jose Palmar)

Belize – 11 (8 KOLBE, 1 City, 1 from Libertad and 1 from Corozal Town)

Stann Creek – 2 (1 Dangriga and 1 from Bella Vista TOL)

Fourteen more patients recovered and 35.1% of cases remain active.
