Former Government Minister Ainslie Leslie Passes

By BBN Staff: Former Government Minister Ainslie Leslie has passed away.

Leslie was the PUP Area Representative for Cayo North from 1998 to 2008 and served as a Minister of State in the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Environment, Commerce, and Industry under the Said Musa Administration.

“It is with profound sadness that the People’s United Party announces the passing of Hon. Ainslie Leslie aka Br. Les. Please join Party Leader Hon John Briceno, Deputy Cordel Hyde, Chairman Henry Usher, and the PUP National Executive in expressing our sincerest condolences to the family. May Br Les rest in peace and rise to eternal bliss,” the PUP said in a statement.

BBN extends the deepest sympathy to all of Leslie’s family and friends. May he rest in peace and rise in glory.
