PUP Councilor fined for curfew offenses

By BBN Staff: On October 20, 2020, PUP Orange Walk Town Councilor, Haresh Vaswani was found guilty in the Orange Walk Magistrate’s Court for curfew offenses dating back to April 2020.

Vaswani was charged earlier this year with failure to comply with restrictions of movements outside of curfew after he was caught by police on April 25, 2020.

He pleaded guilty to the charges and was fined $1500.
