Unicomer Belize launches Credi-care

The company says that it recognizes that at this time many customers are faced with making difficult financial decisions.

Some customers have lost their jobs whilst others are operating on reduced income or reduced household income.

Unicomer says that it continues to monitor the economic situation and having listened to the customers, it further enhanced the support response to cater for more of the circumstances facing customers at this unprecedented time.

The Credi-Care program offers a host of options to customers impacted negatively by COVID-19, tailored to their individual needs:

For customers who were in good standing prior to COVID-19 and were retrenched, Unicomer can process 12 months’ worth of installments on their behalf, through their Insurance Protection.

For customers who need a lower installment, Unicomer can Refinance your accounts for a longer period of time and revisit the rate applied.

For customers who are currently laid off, the company can offer temporary deferral of payments.

Customers can also contact them to discuss what other solutions may work for them.

Certain terms and conditions apply and the program is also available at Courts, Courts Optical, Ready Cash and Tropigas.
