By BBN Staff: PUP Leader John Briceno and the Orange Walk Central committee extend deepest condolences on the passing of Dr. Nestor Chan.

Dr. Chan is the former Dean of the Faculty of Education and Arts at the University of Belize (UB) and was an exemplary educator.

“With his passing, we have lost a great educator and supporter. May his soul Rest in Peace,” Briceno stated.
