National Hydrological Service warns low lying bridge may become inundated

By BBN Staff: Today, the National Hydrological Service (NHS) warned that the low lying bridge in San Ignacio/ Santa Elena may become inundated.

This, says the NHS, is because of the ongoing rains and the BECOL storage dams on the Macal River became filled overnight.

This has caused the river at San Ignacio to rise significantly.
