Flooding reported in Western Paradise community

By BBN Staff: Reports are reaching our newsroom of flooding in the Western Paradise Community at mile 8 on the George Price Highway.

Reports are that several areas are completely flooded out in the Westlake, Sunset, and Western Pines areas.

Residents are asked to exercise caution when traversing through floodwaters as the area is home to crocodiles that might be roaming at this time.

Other areas along the highway leading up to Hattieville are also reportedly taking on water. Motorists are asked to proceed with caution along the highway today.
