Galen University says goodbye to the old government and welcomes the new

By BBN Staff: Following the November 11 General Elections, Galen University expressed its congratulations to the People’s United Party for becoming the new government, and also thanked the former administration of government for its service.

“We extend our gratitude to the outgoing Prime Minister, Rt. Honorable Dean Barrow, and the Honorable Patrick Faber, Leader of the Opposition and Former Minister of Education for their service to Belize and their support of Galen University over the past 12 years,” Galen said.

The university also congratulated Prime Minister John Briceno and said that it looks forward to working with the new Government of Belize, particularly the new Minister of Education, in continuing to progress education in Belize.
