Leader of the Opposition wishes Prime Minister speedy recovery from COVID-19

By BBN Staff: Leader of the Opposition Patrick Faber has wished Prime Minister John Briceño a speedy recovery following that announcement that the PM tested positive for COVID-19.

Faber took to social media to express his well wishes for Briceño, posting a picture of them shaking hands.

Opposition media has also reported that Faber called Briceño personally to convey his wishes for a speedy recovery.

Earlier today the Government Press Office issued an official release regarding Briceño’s diagnosis. It later came to light that Cabinet Secretary Stuart Leslie has also tested positive for COVID-19 and is currently in isolation.
