New Education Minister declares that educators will report to school to assist with learning packages

By BBN Staff: A memo from the Ministry of Education indicated today that after a meeting with Minister of Education, Culture, Science, and Technology, Francis Fonseca, and Minister of State Louis Zabaneh, teachers will report to school only on Mondays leading up to Christmas vacation.

Teachers are advised to report to school to assist with learning packages on November 30, December 7, and 14, 2020. On other days, teachers are to provide instructions from home.

On December 18, schools will close for Christmas vacation.

On January 11, 2021, classes will resume after vacation.
