Man shot and killed inside home in Ranchito Village

By BBN Staff: Police are investigating a murder in Ranchito Village in Corozal after a man was found shot multiple times inside his home after 4:00 a.m. today.

Rigoberto Rosado, 40, was found inside his home in Ranchito Village with several gunshot wounds to the face and body.

Residents in the area reported hearing a number of shots fired from inside the house and seeing a man leave the premises shortly after. He reportedly fled the scene on a bicycle.

Rosado was transported to the Northern Regional Hospital and later died of his injuries.
