Police investigate stabbing incident in Southern Belize

By BBN Staff: Authorities are investigating a stabbing incident that occurred last night.

Police say that around 8:30 pm, they saw Jerome Chiac,19, of Columbia Village, Toledo with stab wounds. Chiac was admitted at the Punta Gorda hospital.

Chiac remains hospitalized and is listed in a stable condition.

Investigation is ongoing.
