Ministry of Health and Wellness breaks silence: 4 new deaths and over 200 new cases of COVID-19

By BBN Staff: After a two day break, the Ministry of Health and Wellness released its latest COVID-19 update today, which showed that four more people have died from complications relating to COVID-19, and over 200 more people have tested positive for the virus.

The data showed that there were 982 tests done since the last update, of which 241 of them had positive results. There are another 1,807 cases under investigation.

There are 38 active hospitalizations, 3 patients in intensive care, and 14 new recoveries from the virus.

The last update given by the MOHW was on November 30. The office of the Director of Health services explained that there would be an interruption in the production of updates so that the results of rapid testing could be added into the overall report
