By BBN Staff: The National Meteorological Service says rainy conditions continue to persist.
For the next 24 hours, skies will be cloudy with a few showers and periods of rain mostly over northern and coastal areas this morning and tonight, then over inland areas this afternoon.
Winds will blow from the East at 10 to 20 knots and the sea state will be moderate to rough. Operators of small crafts are advised to exercise caution for occasionally gusty winds and locally rough seas. A flood warning remains in effect for communities near rivers, streams, creeks, and waterways in central and western parts of the country.
High temperatures will reach 82 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 84 in inland areas, and 72 in the hills. Tonight, temperatures will hit 74 degrees along the coast, 70 in inland areas, and 64 in the hills.
Tides were low at 6:16 AM and will be again at 5:20 p.m., and high at 12:32 PM. The sun will set at 5:17 p.m.
The extended outlook for Friday and Friday night is for similar weather conditions to prevail.
