Four Santa Familia residents busted with 43 cases of contraband beers

By BBN Staff: Last night, 4 residents of Santa Familia, Cayo were busted with contraband beers.

Police conducting mobile patrol in Bullet Tree Village noticed a blue Hyundai vehicle on the Calla Creek road.

Police set chase behind the vehicle and it stopped on the El Pilar Road.

Inside the vehicle, police found 43 cases of assorted contraband beers and 1 case of big cola.

Police detained 4 residents of Santa Familia Village.

 The detainees and the items were handed over to customs personnel.
