The National Meteorological Service of Belize (Belize Met Service) says that generally fair weather will prevail today.
The 24-hour forecast calls for some cloudy spells with isolated showers or isolated thunderstorms during the day, then, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with a few showers and isolated thunderstorms tonight.
“A flood warning remains in effect for communities downstream on the Belize River,” the Met Service said.
Today’s temperature highs will range from 86 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 86 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 81 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 73 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 70 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 66 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.
Winds will be light and variable and the sea state will be slight.
Low tide will begin at 8:42 a.m. and high tide will come in at 3:09 p.m.
The sun will set at 5:17 p.m. and the moon will rise at 11:05 p.m.
