Ryan Cole shot, critical in hospital

By Aaron Humes: Ryan Cole, of Tibruce Street, Belize City, remains in critical condition tonight after being shot 24 hours ago. Police are on the hunt for a suspect.

Police say Cole was at home doing laundry when he was approached by a single man with whom he had “a discussion.” That conversation ended with Cole being shot multiple times at close range by his attacker.

According to police, the motive is related to gang rivalry within the area, but of an internal nature. Their investigations continue.
