The National Meteorological Service of Belize (Belize Met Service) says that fair and cool conditions will prevail today.
The 24-hour forecast calls for skies to be variably cloudy with little to no rainfall.
“A flood warning remains in effect for communities downstream on the Belize River,” the Met Service said.
Today’s temperature highs will range from 76 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 76 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 70 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 66 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 61 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 54 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.
Winds will be gusty, blowing North-Northwest at 10-20 knots, and the sea state will be moderate-rough.
“A small craft caution is in effect,” the Met Service added.
Low tide will begin at 10:33 a.m. and high tide will come in at 4:53 p.m.
The sun will set at 5:18 p.m. and the moon will rise tomorrow at 12:58 a.m.
