By BBN Staff: The Belmopan Market Plaza, located on Bliss Parade Avenue in Belmopan City, provides locals with a market-day experience like no other. The ambiance is fresh and most importantly, safe!
We spoke with their representatives who informed us that the Belmopan Market Plaza is now open for business, with its main focus on providing small business owners and our local farmers with a spacious and welcoming environment to conduct their business. Their representatives also emphasized that the safety of their vendors and the public was of the utmost importance. They assured that they are doing their part to ensure that COVID-19 social distancing, sanitizing, and mask-wearing protocols are being followed and enforced by their staff.
Their friendly staff on-hand also provides parking and baggage assistance. We were told that the market plaza staff is there to help with whatever your needs may be, ensuring a smooth experience for everyone.
In the spirit of giving back, the Belmopan Market Plaza staff holds a $250 raffle every market day, which are Tuesdays and Fridays from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. Entering the raffle is simple: Go in, shop at the different stalls available, get your ticket, and enter to win!
This raffle will take place on every market day before Christmas, but even after the holiday season, be on the lookout for more activities and promotions in store for the public. The Belmopan Market Plaza will be opened every Tuesday and Friday providing residents with a safe, secure, and convenient market day shopping experience!
