Grocery Bag program resumes today

By BBN Staff:  The Ministry of Human Development, Families, and Indigenous Peoples’ Affairs informed of the resumption of the grocery bag program.

The grocery bag program resumes today.

The Ministry informed that grocery bag beneficiaries of Wellworth can visit Wellworth Store and collect their grocery bag on the following days:

Persons with last name A – E: Monday: 11 am – 4 pm

 Persons with last Name F – J: Tuesday: 11 am – 4 pm

 Persons with last Name K – O: Wednesday: 11 am – 4 pm

 Persons with last name P – U: Thursday: 11 am – 4 pm

 Persons with last Name V – Z: Friday: 11 am – 4 pm

Grocery Bag beneficiaries of the Salvation Army can visit the Salvation Army outlets on Regent and Oleander Street and collect their grocery bag on the following days:

Regent Street:

Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

Oleander:

Tuesday – Friday

Grocery Bag beneficiaries of Pickstock Development Association, Belize City can now visit Amin Store located on Queen Street and collect their grocery bag any time from Monday – Friday.

Grocery Bag beneficiaries of Ladyville who used to collect at Wellworth can now visit LOWS Supermarket located in Ladyville and collect their grocery bag any time from Monday – Friday.

Grocery Bag beneficiaries of You for Me, Me For You, Dangriga can now visit Quality Poultry located on Stann Creek Valley Road and collect their grocery bag any time from Monday – Friday.

The Ministry says that it will further advise on the remaining Grocery Bag outlets.
